This book has potential.

TBH, the beginning where Kimi and Akira first met and getting to know each other was cute. But after a while, their relationship just became tedious for me to read..?

But when they highlighted Kimi’s relationship with her grandparents and her mom, I can’t deny that it made a tug in my heart. And one of the letters Kimi sent to her mom got me teary eyed as well…

I know this was written to be a lighthearted novel but I think it’s not strong enough to be anyone’s long time favorite. It was more of a good-book-in-the-moment kind of feeling. If that even makes sense.

But hey, I was still entertained so I don’t regret picking it up.
