Alas.
I was born without hips and buttocks. It’s really quite sad… The only curve I could consider having is my belly. I’m trying to shed it off little by little tho… it’s hard :c
Anyway, that said, I’ve started doing squats since… start of November? Around that time.
So I’ve been doing at least 100 basic squats four times a week (I only go to the gym four times a week). And now, I’ve been doing more than that this week and even started doing squats at home.
AND YET–
I don’t see any improvements at all. Huhu… All I can do is keep doing it. Anyway, no pain, no gain. Also, it’s not like it’s bad for your health. There’s no risk.
I know I don’t see any changes. But who knows… one day…
